Dallas Scheeler
Dallas is the heart (and occasional chaos) behind Tine Collective. A storyteller by nature and marketer by trade, she’s the one turning feelings into frameworks and brand dreams into real-world results. From crafting campaigns to quoting her own book mid-meeting, she brings strategy with soul, and usually a diet coke and meat stick.
She believes marketing should matter, stories should move you, and that there's no such thing as “just one more idea.” Also, she’s not afraid to cry over good copy.

Justin keeps the creative chaos running like clockwork. With a background in sales, service, and operations, he handles the numbers, systems, and backend magic that make Tine tick. From vendor wrangling to contract coordination, he’s the reason our ideas don’t crash into deadlines.
He’s calm under pressure, fiercely organized, and secretly loves a quiet round of golf. If Dallas is the story, Justin’s the structure and together, they keep things moving with heart and hustle.
Cooper & Tex
Cooper and Tex are the unofficial (but deeply respected) morale boosters at Tine Collective. Cooper brings senior-level snoozing expertise and an unmatched ability to sit on your feet during client calls. Tex, meanwhile, has never met a squeaky toy—or a deadline—he didn’t try to destroy.
Together, they provide emotional support, comedic relief, and unsolicited barking during Zooms. Their specialties include guarding the front door from delivery drivers, inspecting lunch leftovers, and reminding the team to take walk breaks whether they want to or not.
